Aliens Infestation DS

This game received generally positive reviews, with many praising its successful callbacks to the original Alien series and improvements over previous games, particularly in atmosphere, graphics, and art design.

The gameplay of Alien: Infestation is comparable to Metroid video games, encouraging players to search for weapons, upgrades, and keys, and to backtrack. Players control a party of one of four marines[1] and explore the U.S.S. Sulaco and LV-426 and Phobos to investigate the United Progressive People (UPP) and Weyland-Yutani's involvement in Xenomorph development. The game incorporates a permadeath mechanic; if a marine falls in combat, another in the party takes their place.[1] If the entire party is wiped out, the player loses. Fallen characters can be replaced by any of the 15 exiled marines found throughout the game, each with their own unique dialogue.
