The Murdock Plus is a tone shaping pedal derived from the EQ Section of a Boss HM-2. The Eq is a 3 band gyrator (with the high and mid bands voiced fairly close together. There are additional gain and volume pots. It's a simple, somewhat transparent overdrive circut with a maxed out HM=2 Style EQ Cirut as a Parallel blend
