For constructing reinforced structures, HV bolts according to EN 14399-4 for bolts and washers, and EN 14399-6 for nuts (minimum 300HV hardness) should be used. The washers are coated with molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) in the factory to reduce friction during tightening. To ensure consistent tightening parameters, use bolts, washers, and nuts from the same manufacturer. The supplied sets are of class K1, which are tightened in a mixed manner (two tightening stages). All necessary information is provided on the label to assemble the set correctly.
