For assembling temporary steel structures, HV bolts should be used according to EN 14399-4 for bolt and nut, and EN 14399-6 for washer x2 (minimum 300HV hardness). Nuts are coated with molybdenum disulfide - MoS2 - in the factory to reduce friction during tightening. To ensure consistent tightening parameters, use bolts, nuts, and washers from the same manufacturer. The supplied sets are classified as K1, which are tightened in a mixed manner (two tightening stages). All necessary information is provided on the label to correctly assemble the set.
