This is a used PlayStation 4 with a 408 GB hard drive installed. Everything functions as expected, and I fully wiped the hard drive. It comes with one controller and the power cable. The console is missing the cover for the hard drive slot and the top plastic cover can be removed easily. There is a small crack along the back of the plastic cover.
